Iron Workers Negotiated Workers’ Compensation ProgramCase NurseIn addition to the phone calls from the program administrator and claims adjuster, you will also be contacted by a case nurse who is assigned to assist you with your claim. The case nurse is an independent patient advocate paid for by the Ironworkers Workers Compensation Trust and is available to assist you 24-hours a day seven days a week. If you need to select or change your treating physician, or if you have any questions or concerns about your medical care you may contact a case nurse at (888) 668-9897. |
